EPA
The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria is embarking on a once-in-a-generation, $250M+ transformation to become a world-leading regulator that prevents harm to the environment and public health.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Transformation, Madeline led the architecture and mobilisation of a single, integrated transformation delivery model that consolidates and aligns three disparate streams (digital, legislative-business reform and culture) to help EPA achieve its objectives and ensure the Victorian community realises the benefits of a modern regulator.
Complementing the program of works at EPA, Madeline was engaged as an Adjunct Fellow with the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, an academic think-tank seeking to work with industry, government and community to enhance the community’s understanding of the law and the legal sector’s engagement with the community.
