Madeline holds a Master of Law from Monash and Double degree in Commerce and IT Systems from Melbourne University. She has deep domain expertise gained through working with IBM and across industry sectors. To date she has teamed with over 40 clients in private, public and not-for-profit sectors during a period of rapid change and disruption.

JULIE COOK
Julie has extensive experience in uplifting core digital capabilities and leading teams by utilising new ways of working, including agile methodologies, design thinking and human-centred design practices complemented by teaching these core capabilities at higher education institutions.
She has worked in partnership with clients across industry sectors in their pursuit of innovation and business transformation efforts by designing and reimagining digital and innovation projects to improve human facing services including risk management implementation across the enterprise, delivery of financial services products and consumer & government services to market.
She holds a Master of Design Anthropology and has worked with a number of top tier consulting companies, including IBM, Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte.
